Can I find an online owners manual for my Athletics Works sports watch?

I got this watch from a friend and I think he got it from Wal Mart. It looks to have a model number of AH1076. There's a number under that (98) that may or may not help identify it. I can't reset the time, date, or anything else without the manual.

1. The guy at my local watch and sewing machine repair shop will set your watch for free. You can find a guy like him near you. The woman at the WalMart desk (near cameras) was very helpful, too. Don't take it to her if it looks brand new and you don't have a receipt.
