Is there Any Way to Watch TV online? TV Shows & Sports (Superbowl and NBA particularly)?

Today everything is not going well.. If there is anyway i can watch TV shows and sport online, i wouldnt have to pay for my monthly subscription.. Anyone? I really appreciate it...

2. There are many ways to do it.. go to website like youtube.com. peekvid.com (but now there are many deleted files though) even though you can not watch sport like NFL or NBA there.. Probably you can watch the sport clips at the official website..
