Online television and constant buffering delays?

Everytime I try to watch television online and seems to have constant buffering delays. Does anyone have any solution to this problem?

1. The problem is either with your connection or the server you're streaming from, and the amount of people streaming at the same time. There's no actual solution but either find a better server to stream from or try and stream not during peak hours when more bandwidth is available for you. A reliable stream server is http://www.joost.com for example, you'll never lag watching their stuff. They carry almost every channel from TBS to USA to Comedy Central.
