How can I watch German, Slovak, or Italian television online?

I have heard of beeline tv but I noticed it is just either news/informational channels. Is there anyway to watch a German, Slovak, or Italian tv network online free in live stream? A TV network which is regular like shows sitcoms, dramas, and films? thanks
