Watch TV Online

Does anyone know where I can watch UK television online such as that JK Rowling documentary?

I live in London but am going to be in New York City for 6 months to a year. Where can I find UK television online, especially the JKR documentary special? I have been asking around and no one from the UK seems to know, we just watch on our TVs but in New York, I can't get UK channels. Please help!
