Where is the best place to watch television online?

I cannot afford cable right now and am missing television SO much. Is there anywhere to watch tv online?

1. Lots of the TV stations repeat their shows online. Know the station the program(s) are on and click on shows. Then make sure you have a cup of coffee/soda etc. and sit back and enjoy yourself.
2. Joost - I'm thinking of cancelling my cable because between iTunes, being able to watch Lost online and Joost, it's all the shows I watch anyway
3. Best place to watch /download TV shows. Also you can download movies & music.
