Watch TV Online

What do you think of 4oD (channel 4 on demand) and how often do you watch television online?

I'm doing a university project about how more and more people are beginning to watch television online and thought it would be good to focus on 4oD as i watch it regularly myself. The kind of answers i need is, how much television do you watch online? why? and do you prefer it/ not prefer it to regular television?

1. I downloaded it ages ago just to see what it was because they kept advertising it. I didn't really watch it much then because most of it you had to pay for, and I wasn't prepared to do that. I've recently downloaded it again, and found that a lot of the shows are now free. Probably due to the fact that BBC iPlayers has nearly all its shows for free. I've been watching it a lot these past couple of days. It enables me to catch up on shows I've missed on TV. I'd still prefer to sit down comfortably on the sofa and watch TV, even if there are about a million adverts.
