Watch TV Online

IS there somewhere that you can watch tv shows online for free?

I was on a site last week that had shows that had just been aired, that you could watch, as well as movies such as The Dark Knight, and i can not find it anywhere, and i would like to watch the recent episode of Bones as we in australia, wont see it till next year. Any ideas? or anyone know the site i am talking about.... TA

3. http://www.hulu.com has various shows about a week after they premier (and it's legal!). There isn't a legal site to watch movies for free.
