How do I watch TV shows online with my Ipod touch?

I am trying to watch TV shows souch as House or Prison Break on my ipod touch. Keep in mind that im not trying to watch live television just prerecorded shows. When I attempt to use FOX's website to view their shows a blue box with a question mark comes up and no video plays. Is there something I am missing? Thanks for the help.

1. The reason that that comes up is because the video needs Adobe flash Player. This is also found in web sites that let you play Flash player games. The iTouch does not have that ability (unless you jailbreak it and some how find a way to download the flash player) Maybe when Apple releases the new iPhone/iTouch SDK (i think it will be out around March) which will let 3rd party applications to run on the iPhone/iTouch, you will be able to view streaming video.
