Watch TV online for free with no software downloading?

I have been to so many web sites (hulu, project-free-tv) and I am looking to watch the first season of Gossip Girl. What are some websites I can go to to watch them without downloading anything to my computer?

4. You will need to download a player from somewhere inorder to be able to see the shows. So that is why most places require you to download something. The best place I have found is http://www.grabode.com because their download is absolutely virus and spyware free. The shows can be streamed after that.
