Watch TV Online

How to work this AOL TV listings guide so I can watch TV online all my channels please provide answers?

I've setted up my TV listings , I've tried adding favorite shows and shows but I having trouble watching them online. I've setted up my preferences to age group 18-24 and half the TV shows have got stars on it and the rest of it don't. I can't watch all my TV channels online. Please help me and email me ASAP.
