6. You can search the web for Dot.TV web sites but these sites are generally recorded programs...and, nothing is really live. However, CBS, and I imagine some of the other big networks will be running web/TV (dual) simulcasts real soon. As for not paying... there's always a cost... unless you are connecting to the net for free.
