Where can I watch movies or tv shows online in my iPod or download plz help?

I really like using my iPod instead my computer and I want to watch tv shows or movies online in my iPod or I want to download for free so I can sync it into my iPod touch if u dunno can u tell me how to watch flash on my iPod Plz reply

1. IPOD/phones do not support flash at all and according to apples CEO Steve Jobs they never will. The closest to flash you can get are you tube..search for Full episodes and then for a fee of $9.99 subscribe to HULU Plus after downloading the free app from itunes.
