what is a good, safe site to watch tv shows online?

So I have been trying for a very long time to find a site where I can watch the shows I like online for free, no downloading or taking surveys, and without getting viruses. I like to watch Trueblood, Vampire Diaries, H2O Just Add Water, and 16 and Pregnant. If anyone knows a good site to watch these shows on that won't harm my computer or anything please please tell me.
