how can I watch tv online WITH A LOW STREAM ?

My computer doesn't show high streams, so how can I watch tv online with a low stream, www.god.tv is a christian site that offers tv online, but with a high stream, is there any method that I can watch it on low stream.

1. z You need to increase your buffer size. To get more power from your 'puter, you can also do a "msconfig" tweek and shut down unneeded programs.
