I want to watch a television episode online on fox but it needs to download a new plugin. Is the plugin safe?

I just want to watch Glee but then it says it needs to download a plugin to play it. Is the plugin safe to download?

1. if its from fox or hulu, its safe. its probably just a DivX plugin or something
