How to watch TV online out side the US?

I am currently deployed to Iraq and want to continue watching my favorite tv shows only I can't. Amazon, Hulu, Sidecast, everyone one I have found so far make you need to be in the US to watch the shows. I was just curious does anyone living outside the US know of any sites where I can watch TV. Oh and torrents don't work either because of the small amount of bandwidth available where I am. Thanks for your help.
